Well, lemme tell ya ’bout this racin’ thing, the 2017 NASCAR season schedule. They got these fellas, drivers they call ’em, they zoom around in these cars, real fast-like. Now, I ain’t one for all that speedin’, but folks seem to like it.
So, this 2017 thing, it starts off in February, they say. Daytona, that’s the place. They got races, lots of ’em. They got this big one, the Daytona 500. Sounds important, folks get all riled up about it.
- First, there’s somethin’ called the Clash. That’s on the 18th, TV folks put it on FS1, 8 o’clock at night.
- Then, a few days later, on the 23rd, they got these Duel races. Two of ’em, same night, back to back. Folks say it’s excitin’, seein’ who gets to race in the big one.
- Then, on the 26th, the big race, the Daytona 500. FOX is showin’ it, 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
Now, they race all over, not just Daytona. Different tracks, different places. They got this Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, that’s the big one, they say. Lot of races, from February all the way to… well, I don’t rightly remember when it ends, but it’s a long time.
They got trucks too, not just cars. Camping World Truck Series, they call it. Them trucks race too, fast just like the cars. They race in Daytona on the 24th, FS1 showin’ that one too, 7:30 at night.
You know, they gotta keep track of all them races, make sure they know where to go and when. Gotta have a schedule, they say. So folks can watch on TV or go see it in person.
I reckon it’s a lot of work, drivin’ them cars, makin’ sure they’re all fixed up and runnin’ right. Those drivers, they gotta be brave, goin’ that fast.
And them fans, they love it. They cheer and holler, watchin’ them cars go ’round and ’round. Guess it’s somethin’ to do, keeps folks entertained.
So, if you like watchin’ cars go fast, this 2017 NASCAR schedule thing, it’s for you. Just gotta find out where they’re racin’ and when. They got it all written down somewhere, I reckon.
Heard tell they got points and championships and such. Guess it matters who wins, who’s the fastest. But me, I just watch ’em go ’round. It’s somethin’ to see, I suppose.
Anyways, that’s all I know about this racin’ stuff. They got cars, they go fast, folks watch. And this 2017 schedule, it tells you where and when. Simple as that.
