Okay, here’s my blog post about figuring out who got eliminated from the NASCAR playoffs, written in a casual, personal style:
So, I’m a huge NASCAR fan, and the playoffs are always super intense. I was totally glued to the TV this weekend, trying to keep track of who was in and who was out. It can get confusing, so I decided to really dig in and figure it all out myself.

Tracking the Eliminations
First, I grabbed a pen and paper – yeah, old school, I know! I wanted to visualize the whole thing. I started by listing all the drivers still in contention at the start of the race.
Then, I watched the race like a hawk. Every time a driver had a bad finish, a wreck, or just fell way behind in points, I made a note next to their name. It was pretty chaotic, especially with that late-race caution!
After the race ended, it was time to do some serious calculating.
I use the live race leaderboard update.
It was clear those four were out.

- First,I Checked my notes for the bad performer.
- Second,I Looked at the offical website.
- Finally,I Confirmed everythings on different platforms.
It’s always a bummer to see drivers get eliminated, but that’s racing. Now I’m even more pumped for the next round! Gonna have to break out the pen and paper again…
