Well, let me tell ya about them Lakers in the 2014-2015 season. Now, I ain’t no expert, but I can sure remember a lot about that year. It was a rough one for the team, that’s for sure. They didn’t do too good, I tell ya. The Lakers ended up with only 21 wins and 61 losses that season. They were struggling, but that’s just how it goes sometimes in the game of basketball.
Now, if you’re wonderin’ about the players on that roster, I can give you the rundown. Some familiar faces were still around, but it was a bit of a transition year, if ya know what I mean. The Lakers had a mix of younger folks and some older heads trying to keep things together. Let’s start with the folks who were out there on the court for most of the season.

Kobe Bryant, now he was the big name, as usual. The man had been with the Lakers forever, but this season, injuries started to slow him down a bit. Still, he was one of the main players on the team, tryin’ to carry them through some tough times. He was a guard, and you know him—had that jersey number 24 on his back. As always, he was tryin’ to do his best for the fans.
Jeremy Lin was another player they brought in that year. A point guard, number 17, who had his moments. He was quick on the court, but didn’t quite get the same spotlight as Kobe. Still, he had some good games and helped run the offense a bit. It was a tough season for him, but he was tryin’ his best.
Then there was Ed Davis. He was a big man, playin’ as a forward/center, number 3. He was one of the more consistent players, if you ask me. Not always flashy, but he did his job well on both ends of the court. He didn’t get all the attention, but sometimes that’s how it goes with them big guys.
Jordan Hill, number 27, was another player who stepped up in the frontcourt. A strong, hard-working fella, Hill worked his tail off every game. He may not have been the star, but he sure put in the effort. He was a power forward and brought a lot of energy to the team.
And let’s not forget Russell Westbrook‘s old buddy, Nick Young. That boy was known for his flashy style, always out there taking shots and showing off a bit. He wasn’t afraid to chuck up a three-pointer, though they didn’t always go in. Still, he was a key scorer for the Lakers that season.

Now, there were some other players who were part of that 2014-15 squad too, like Robert Sacre, Wayne Ellington, Shannon Brown, and a few others who took turns out there on the floor. Some didn’t get as much playin’ time, but they still put on the jersey and gave it their all.
It wasn’t just the players who were tryin’ to make something of the season though. There was also Byron Scott, the coach. He came in tryin’ to bring a fresh start to the Lakers, but with all the injuries and struggles, it was tough for him to get the team back on track. It was one of those seasons where it felt like the team just couldn’t find their rhythm.
But even though they didn’t win many games, those players gave it their all, especially Kobe. The man was a legend, and he wasn’t about to let the team fall apart without fightin’. Even though it was a rough year, the Lakers’ heart was still in it.
So, there ya have it. That was the 2014-2015 Los Angeles Lakers roster. Some high points, plenty of low points, but that’s basketball for ya. Sometimes, it don’t go your way, but you keep pushin’ through.
