Alright, listen up, y’all. So you went and bought yourself some stuff from that NFL Shop, huh? Maybe a jersey, or a hat, or whatever them young folks are wearin’ these days. But now you’re thinkin’, “Hold on a minute, I don’t need this junk!” Well, don’t you fret none, ’cause I’m gonna tell you how to get your money back, or whatever it is you youngsters call it – cancelin’ that order.
First thing’s first, you gotta get yourself on that there internet thingy. You know, the one that connects to the world and shows you all sorts of stuff, like cats playing pianos and whatnot. Go to that NFL Shop website. I ain’t gonna tell you the address, you ain’t a baby, you can find it yourself. Just type somethin’ like “NFL Shop” into that Google thingy.

Now, once you’re on the website, you gotta find your account. It’s usually up in the top corner somewhere, like a little picture of a person or somethin’. Click on that. They’re gonna ask you for your username and password, so don’t go tellin’ me you forgot it! If you did, well, that’s your own darn fault. Go figure it out.
Log in and look around.
Okay, so you’re logged in, right? Now, you gotta find your orders. It’s usually somethin’ that says “Order History” or “My Orders” or somethin’ like that. Click on it. You should see a list of all the stuff you bought. Find the order you wanna cancel, the one that’s givin’ you a headache.
Now, here’s where it gets tricky. Sometimes they let you cancel it right there on the website, with a big ol’ button that says “Cancel Order.” If you see that, well, hallelujah! Click that button faster than a chicken eatin’ corn. But sometimes, them city folks make things complicated.
If you can’t find a cancel button.
If you don’t see no cancel button, don’t go throwin’ your computer out the window just yet. You gotta look for somethin’ that says “Contact Us” or “Help” or “Customer Service.” It’s usually at the bottom of the page, tiny little words like they don’t want you to find it. Click on that.
They’re gonna give you a bunch of options: call ’em, email ’em, chat with ’em online. I ain’t gonna tell you which one to pick, you’re a grown-up, you decide. But if you ask me, callin’ ’em is the best way. You get to talk to a real person, even if they sometimes sound like robots.
Talk to them nicely!
Now, when you talk to them, don’t go yellin’ and screamin’ like a banshee. Be polite, even if you’re mad as a hornet. Tell ’em you wanna cancel your order and why. Have your order number handy, ’cause they’re gonna ask for it. And be prepared to answer some questions, like “Why do you wanna cancel?” or “Are you sure you don’t wanna buy somethin’ else?”
- Be polite, even if you’re frustrated.
- Have your order number ready.
- Explain clearly why you want to cancel.
If you’re lucky, they’ll cancel your order right then and there. If not, well, keep pesterin’ ’em. Don’t give up! You paid good money for that stuff, and you deserve to get your money back if you don’t want it.
What about subscriptions?
Oh, and one more thing, if you signed up for some kinda subscription thingy, like where they send you stuff every month, you gotta cancel that too. It’s usually in the same place as your orders, under “My Account” or somethin’ like that. Look for somethin’ that says “Subscriptions” or “Manage Subscriptions.” Click on it and cancel that sucker. Otherwise, they’ll keep chargin’ you, and you’ll be broke as a church mouse.
So there you have it. That’s how you cancel an NFL Shop order. It ain’t rocket science, but it ain’t always easy either. Just remember to be patient, be persistent, and don’t let them city folks push you around. And if all else fails, well, you can always give the stuff to your grandkids. They’ll probably like it.
Now, go on and get your money back! And don’t go buyin’ no more junk you don’t need!
