Hey, folks! Today we’re chattin’ about them Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ colors. You know, that big ol’ football team from down in Tampa, Florida. Folks spot ’em by them bright colors they got on their jerseys and flags, and boy, do they pop! Let me tell ya about the hex colors these Buccaneers use. Some fancy colors here, but don’t worry – I’ll keep it plain and simple for y’all.
First up, Buccaneer Red!

Now, Buccaneer Red’s the main one – it’s that bright, bold red they got. They use hex color #D50A0A for this red, which makes it stand out like a sore thumb! Red like that, it’s made for catchin’ your eye, I tell ya. On the field, it looks real fierce, and I reckon that’s exactly what them Bucs are goin’ for, ya know? It’s also known as PMS 186 C in that Pantone talk, if any of y’all care to know that part.
Then we got Bay Orange!
Now Bay Orange, that’s a whole different shade right there. This one’s like a bright splash of sunset, and they use #FF7900 for it. Real sharp, kinda like orange peelin’ but brighter, I’d say. Pantone calls it 151 C, but that don’t matter much if you’re just lookin’ at the colors. They pop this orange color right next to the red, and it really gets folks payin’ attention, especially when it’s on them big ol’ flags wavin’ at the stadium.
Now for the Black!
Black is the tough lookin’ part of it, brings a bit of that dark, smoky style in there. They use #0A0A08 for this one – kind of like coal in the fire. Pantone’s name for this is BLACK 7 C, but again, we just need to know it’s a mighty fine black they got. Black adds that bit of mystery, makes the rest of the colors stand out even more, too.

Gray, but they call it Ash Gray
This one’s more like a softer color, ya know, not as bold. It’s hex color #B1BABF – kind of a cool gray, like a cloudy sky. They sometimes call it “ash gray,” and it’s a good balance to all that bright red and orange. Pantone folks label it 5517 C, but again, that’s fancy talk. Just know it’s a real nice gray.
Last one, Pewter
Pewter – well now, that’s a shade you don’t see everywhere. It’s kind of a deep, earthy gray. They use hex #34302B for it. A little darker, kinda like somethin’ you’d see on an old sword, if you ask me! It’s got a worn, serious look to it, real nice to tie it all together. Official Pantone calls it 440 C. Fancy as it sounds, all we need to know is, it’s a fine color they chose there.
All in all, them Tampa Bay Buccaneers sure knew what they were doin’ pickin’ out these colors. With that bright red, loud orange, and them dark tones of black, gray, and pewter, it’s a mighty bold combo. Folks see those colors, they know it’s the Bucs comin’. These colors make ‘em stand out strong, just like the fighters they aim to be on the field. If you’re lookin’ to support them or even just curious about them colors, now you know the hex codes!
