Oh, let me tell ya, NFL fans sure know how to make a ruckus! Now, I ain’t got much schooling, but I sure know when somethin’ is loud, and these NFL folks, they take the cake. The loudest bunch, well, they gather at Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs. Now, I heard folks talkin’ ’bout how back in 2014, them Chiefs fans got so rowdy, they hit a noise level of 142.2 decibels! That’s enough to make your ears ring for days, I reckon.
Now, I ain’t one to brag, but them Kansas City folks got themselves a world record, yessir. That game against the New England Patriots, oh boy, the fans were hollerin’ so loud, they hit that Guinness World Record. 142.2 decibels! I don’t rightly know what all that means in fancy talk, but let me tell ya, it’s loud enough that you’d probably have to shout at your neighbor just to be heard. That Arrowhead place, it’s always full of noise, and them fans take their cheering mighty serious.

But don’t think Kansas City’s the only place where folks make noise! Oh no, there’s other stadiums that can get almost as loud. Take Lumen Field, for example. That’s where the Seattle Seahawks play, and I heard it got up to 137.6 decibels. Now, I don’t know if that’s as loud as Arrowhead, but it’s sure enough to make a person cover their ears. Them Seahawks fans are known for their hollerin’, too. I heard they even have a name for their noisy crowd – they call ‘em the “12th Man,” like there’s an extra fella helpin’ the team with all the shoutin’.
I tell ya, the noise at these games can even make it hard for the other team to play right. Quarterbacks, they can’t hear nothin’, and the other fellas on the field get all mixed up ‘cause they can’t understand the play calls. You’d think with all them pads and helmets, it’d block out the noise, but nope, that racket goes right through!
Now, speakin’ of loud, there’s plenty more teams whose fans love to get rowdy, like the New Orleans Saints down at the Superdome. Them Saints fans, they sure know how to get wild, especially when their team’s doin’ good. Then there’s the folks at Lambeau Field, where the Green Bay Packers play. I hear it gets pretty noisy up there in Wisconsin, too, ‘specially in the winter when it’s cold, and them fans are all bundled up but still yellin’ their hearts out.

- Kansas City Chiefs – Arrowhead Stadium, 142.2 decibels
- Seattle Seahawks – Lumen Field, 137.6 decibels
- New Orleans Saints – Caesars Superdome
- Green Bay Packers – Lambeau Field
I remember hearin’ about them Atlanta Falcons fans, too. Down in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, they get to hollerin’ pretty loud, especially when they’re tryin’ to get the team goin’. And don’t forget about the Denver Broncos. Mile High Stadium, it’s up in the mountains, and somethin’ about the thin air makes it so the noise travels extra far.
So, you see, these NFL fans, they ain’t quiet by no means. Whether it’s the Chiefs at Arrowhead or the Seahawks at Lumen Field, one thing’s for sure – if you’re at one of them games, you better be ready to cover your ears or shout even louder to keep up! And if you ain’t ever been to a game, well, just imagine the sound of a thousand tractors all revvin’ up at once – that’s what it feels like when the crowd gets goin’! Makes ya wanna join in, don’t it?
So if you’re lookin’ for the loudest NFL fans, you better check out them Kansas City Chiefs. But, like I said, there’s plenty of teams where the fans are just as wild. No matter where you go, though, if it’s NFL, you know there’s gonna be some hollerin’. And that’s part of what makes the game so excitin’, don’t you think? Nothin’ quite like it.
