Man, you wouldn’t believe the day I had getting into this Don Lugo baseball thing. So, it all started when I heard about the Don Lugo Conquistadores. Sounds fancy, right? I found out they’re part of the Mt. Baldy League. I thought, “Alright, let’s see what these guys are all about.”
First thing I did was look up their schedule. Gotta know when the games are, am I right? The schedule was pretty easy to find, with all the start times and everything. It took me a few minutes to note down the games I could actually go to.

- Checked the team’s schedule online.
- Noted down the game times.
- Planned out which games to attend.
Then, I started digging into who’s on the team. I mean, you gotta know the players, right? I found this roster online, and it had all the players listed with their positions. It was cool to see who plays where.
After that, I got curious about how these guys play. I found some stats from their 2022 season. It was interesting to look through their batting averages, home runs, and all that jazz. This whole process took me a good afternoon, just browsing and reading.
Oh, and get this, I even found their social media page. They’ve got like, 456 followers. Not bad, not bad. Scrolling through their posts, I saw they had other stuff too, like Girls Cross Country, Field Hockey, and even Flag Football. Seems like there’s a lot going on at Don Lugo besides baseball.
I also stumbled upon some info about a baseball camp. Apparently, they teach the fundamentals – throwing, fielding, pitching, hitting, and base running. I thought that could be useful for someone trying to get into the sport.
So, yeah, that’s basically my adventure with Don Lugo baseball. It was a fun little journey, learning about the team, their schedule, players, and all the other stuff. I’m thinking about catching a game sometime. Maybe I’ll even sign up for that camp!
