Alright, so you wanna watch them LSU football games, huh? It ain’t rocket science, I tell ya. Even this old woman can figure it out, so you sure can too.
First thing’s first, you gotta know when them boys are playin’. That’s the most important part, ain’t it? You can’t be sittin’ around waitin’ for the cows to come home and expect to magically see the game. You gotta find the schedule. Now, where do you find the schedule? Well, you can go on that there internet thingy. Just type in “LSU football schedule” and it should pop right up. Or, if you’re like me and don’t trust that newfangled technology too much, you can listen to the radio or read the newspaper. They always tell you when the games are gonna be. And if all else fails, just ask your neighbor! Someone’s bound to know.

Okay, so now you know when the game is. Next up is figuring out where to watch it. Now, this here depends on a few things. Are you lucky enough to be goin’ to the game in person? Well, then you don’t need my help! Just get yourself to that there stadium and enjoy the show. But if you’re like most folks, you’ll be watchin’ it on the TV or on that internet thingamajig.
So, let’s talk about the TV first. The big games, the really important ones, they’re usually on them big channels, like ABC or ESPN. You know, the ones you get with just about any TV package. So, if it’s a big game, just turn on your TV and flip through the channels till you find it. It ain’t that hard. They usually announce it pretty clear, like “Watch LSU Tigers versus whoever they’re playin’ against.” You can’t miss it.
But sometimes, them games ain’t on the big channels. Sometimes they’re on what they call “cable channels.” Now, those are a bit trickier. You gotta have a cable subscription to get those. And even then, you might not have the right package. It’s all a bunch of rigmarole, if you ask me. But if you got cable, check your guide to see if you got the channel that’s showin’ the game. It might be somethin’ like ESPN+, or SEC Network, or somethin’ like that. Just gotta look around.
- Big games: Usually on ABC or ESPN.
- Smaller games: Might be on cable channels like ESPN+ or SEC Network.
Now, what if you don’t have cable? Or what if the game ain’t even on TV? Well, that’s where that internet thingy comes in handy again. You can watch the games online, they call it “streamin’.” Now, I don’t know too much about this streamin’ stuff, but my grandkids tell me it’s the way to go these days.
There’s a bunch of different places you can stream the games. One of them is called “Fubo,” my grandson told me about it. Said it has all sorts of sports, including college football. Then there’s somethin’ called “ESPN+.” That sounds like the same ESPN channel on TV, but on the internet. See, it’s all confusin’! But the young folks seem to figure it out, so I guess it can’t be too hard.

To stream the game, you gotta have a good internet connection. If you got one of them slow connections, it ain’t gonna work too well. The picture will be all choppy and blurry, and you won’t be able to see what’s goin’ on. So, make sure your internet is up to snuff before you try to stream a game. And you might have to pay for these streamin’ services too. Nothin’s free these days, it seems like.
So, there you have it. That’s how you watch them LSU football games. It ain’t so hard, right? Just gotta know when and where they’re playin’, and then figure out if you’re watchin’ on TV or on that there internet. And if you get stuck, just ask someone younger than you. They’ll probably know what to do. Now, go on and enjoy the game! Geaux Tigers!
And remember, no matter how you watch it, supportin’ the team is the most important thing. Wear your purple and gold, cheer loud, and let them boys know you’re with ’em! That’s what real fans do.
One more thing, if you’re going to the stadium, make sure to wear comfortable shoes because you’re gonna be doing a lot of walking and standing. And don’t forget to bring some cash for snacks and drinks. Them stadium prices are somethin’ else, but a little somethin’ to eat and drink makes the game more enjoyable. And stay hydrated, especially if it’s hot outside. Nobody wants to pass out in the middle of a game.
Anyways, I think that about covers it. Like I said, it ain’t rocket science. Just use your common sense and you’ll be watchin’ them Tigers in no time. And don’t forget to have fun! That’s what it’s all about.
