If you want to be part of the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, there’s different kinds of work. For them what’s good with their hands, you got the pit crew jobs. Pit crew workers, well, they the ones that keep them cars running during the race. They can make anywhere from $30,000 to a whole million dollars a year, depending on how good the team does. Ain’t that something? But don’t think you can just walk in and start making the big bucks. Nah, you gotta start small and work your way up, just like any other job.

Now, for those of y’all who ain’t into working with cars, there’s other jobs too. I seen jobs like hospitality manager and membership manager. Them jobs is more about dealing with folks, making sure they having a good time at the race and that everything goes smooth. I reckon if you’re good with people, you could do real well in that. And don’t forget the digital designer jobs, them’s for folks who know how to work a computer and make things look nice for the team’s online stuff. There’s always work if you got the right skills.
Another thing is, a lot of folks don’t know but they be hiring part-time too. That’s good if you just wanna dip your toes in the water and see how things go. You can find some of these jobs at places like the Hard Rock Stadium and Miami Open, where they hold these big events. They be looking for people year-round, not just when the races are going on.
If you a young person and still in school, you got a chance too! They be offering internships and part-time gigs for students who wanna get experience in motorsports. If you working hard in school and you like fast cars, that might be the way to get your foot in the door. You can apply for these internships, learn the ropes, and maybe one day you could end up with a full-time job. That’s how a lot of folks start out.

Now, don’t be thinking you gotta be a driver to work for Formula 1. Sure, being a driver is cool and all, but there’s way more jobs than just driving. From office work to engineering, there’s something for everybody. You might start out low, but with some hard work, who knows, you might be sitting up in one of them big chairs making all the calls someday.
