Okay, so I’ve been seeing this question pop up all over the internet lately: “Has Danica Patrick won a NASCAR race?” I figured, why not dive in and do a little digging myself? I mean, I follow racing a bit, but I wasn’t 100% sure about this one.
My Little Investigation
First, I hit up Google – my go-to for pretty much everything. I just typed in “Danica Patrick NASCAR wins” and let it rip.
The first few results were kinda mixed, some news articles, some fan forums, all sorts of stuff. So, I started sifting through it all. I skipped over the opinion pieces and focused on the ones that seemed like they had actual stats and race results.
I spent a good chunk of time just reading through different articles and comparing what they said. It’s kinda like being a detective, you know? You gotta piece together the information from different sources to get the full picture.
After a while, I started to see a pattern. Most of the reliable sources were saying the same thing. And, the official NASCAR website was also showing it plain.
It became to be clear, Danica Patrick has one IndyCar Series victory, which occurred in 2008 at the Indy Japan *,she did not achieve any victories in the NASCAR Cup Series or the Xfinity Series.
So, there you have it! It looks like I got to the bottom of that *’s a bummer, but it’s how it is, no wins in NASCAR.
