Alright, so you wanna know about that car racin’ stuff, the NASCAR, right? When’s it on and what channel, that’s what you’re askin’. Okay, I’ll tell ya what I know. It ain’t always the same, see, depends on the race. Sometimes it’s on in the afternoon, sometimes later. And the channel, well, that changes too.

This Week’s Race, If There Is One:
Now, if there’s a race this week, you gotta pay attention. They don’t race every single day, you know. It’s mostly on the weekends, Saturdays and Sundays. If it’s one of them big races, like that championship one they was talkin’ about, that’s usually on a Sunday afternoon. I heard tell it might be on around 2 or 3 o’clock, Eastern Time, that’s what they say. But don’t hold me to it, you gotta check to be sure.
Channels to Watch:
- NBC: Now, this here NBC, that’s a big one. They show a lot of the big races, especially them playoff ones and the championship. So, if you’re lookin’ for a race, that’s a good place to start.
- USA Network: This one, the USA Network, they show some races too. Not always the biggest ones, but they got ’em sometimes. So, if it ain’t on NBC, you might wanna flip over there and take a look.
- TSN: If you’re up in Canada, you gotta look for TSN. That’s where they show the races up there, I hear.
Streaming, If You Got That Fancy Stuff:

Now, some folks, they got that fancy internet stuff, and they watch it on their computers or their phones. They call it “streamin’.” I don’t know much about that, but I heard tell you can watch it on somethin’ called the NBC Sports app, if the race is on NBC. And there’s this other thing called “FUBO,” they say it’s free for a little while, then you gotta pay. So, if you’re one of them techy folks, you can try that.
How to Find Out for Sure:
But look, the best way to find out for sure is to look it up. You got that internet thing, right? Just type in “NASCAR schedule” and it’ll tell you when the races are and what channel they’re on. Or, you know, ask someone who knows. Maybe your grandkids, they’re good with that stuff.
Different Races, Different Times:
Remember, them races are all different. They got different names and they’re in different places. Like, they got that race in Phoenix, that’s a big one. And then there’s Martinsville, and Darlington, and Watkins Glen, all them places. Each race has its own time and channel, so you gotta pay attention. Sometimes they even have races at night, under the lights, them are somethin’ to see.

Don’t Forget the Pre-Race Show:
And another thing, they always have that pre-race show, where they talk about the drivers and the cars and all that. That’s usually on a little bit before the race starts. So, if you wanna get the whole story, you gotta tune in early. I think they said sometimes it starts as early as 5:30, but like I said, it all depends on the race.
So, to sum it all up: Check the schedule, look for the race on NBC, USA Network, or TSN, and if you got that streamin’ stuff, you can try the NBC Sports app or FUBO. And remember, the times and channels change, so you gotta keep an eye out. Now, go enjoy your racin’!
