Well, let me tell you, I ain’t no fancy pants with them computers, but I know a thing or two about watching my Bengals. That football, it’s the only thing that gets me through the week sometimes, you know? So, you wanna know what channel is the Bengals football game on? Bless your heart, it ain’t always easy to figure out.
Now, most of the time, if it’s a regular Sunday game, you can find it on one of them big channels. Like that Fox one, channel 19. That’s where I usually see them. But sometimes they like to switch it up on us, just to keep us on our toes, I reckon. My old eyes ain’t what they used to be, flipping through all them channels.

They got this new fangled thing now, that Amazon Prime. Heard some folks talking ’bout it down at the feed store. They say you can watch the Bengals on there too, but you gotta have that internet, and well, that’s a whole other can of worms. I barely know how to turn on my TV, let alone mess with the internet!
Then there’s somethin’ called NFL+, I think that is what it is. Or somethin’. Sounds fancy, don’t it? It’s another one of them, you pay extra things. Seems like everything costs extra these days. Back in my day, we just had the one TV, and we were happy to get any game at all! My husband, bless his soul, he used to mess with them rabbit ears on top of the TV for hours just to get a clear picture. We never had these problems with what channel something was on!
- That Fox, channel 19, that’s a good bet usually.
- Sometimes they put it on that Amazon Prime thing.
- There’s also somethin’ called NFL+ or other live TV streaming services.
- They also have an app for Bengals, but you need the internet.
And don’t even get me started on them Thursday night games. Those are a real doozy. They always seem to be on some different channel, just to confuse us old folks. I swear, they do it on purpose. One time, I missed half the game ’cause I was lookin’ on the wrong channel. Near ’bout threw the remote at the TV!
Then they got this thing called Paramount+. What in the tarnation is that? Sounds like a movie, not football. But I guess you can watch the Bengals on there too. If it is the local game, that is. It’s all so confusing! It feels like you need a whole other degree just to watch a simple football game.
But hey, if you got one of them smarty-pants phones, you can probably find it on there too. They got apps for everything these days, even watching the Bengals football game. But I’ll stick to my old TV, thank you very much. Maybe I can get the neighbor boy to come over and show me how to work them things. He’s always glued to that phone of his.

My grandson, he’s a whiz with these things, he says you can watch it on something called the , that’s their, you know, their place on the internet, or the Bengals app. But you gotta have a cable thingy, a login, whatever that means. See, that’s what I’m talkin’ about. It’s too complicated!
Now if I can find my glasses, I usually try to find it in the paper. Sometimes they list what channel the Bengals game is on in there, in the sports section. But you gotta have good eyes to read that tiny print. And the paper ain’t free either! Everything costs money.
The best way, in my opinion, is to just ask around. Ask your neighbors, ask your family. Somebody’s bound to know what channel is the Bengals football game on. That’s what I do. Good old-fashioned word of mouth. Can’t go wrong with that, right?
So there you have it. It ain’t simple, but hopefully, you can find that Bengals game. They’re a good team, you know? Make us proud. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go find my knitting. And maybe, just maybe, I’ll catch the next Bengals game if I can figure out what channel it’s on!
It’s a real pain sometimes, trying to figure out the what channel for the Bengals. Sometimes they are playing on Sunday, sometimes on Thursday. But usually, you will find them on Fox, or this Amazon Prime thing, and if you have the internet you might be able to watch it on the Bengals app, or thing. And then you have the NFL+, or was it Paramount+? I don’t know, it’s all too much for me.
