Okay, so I’ve been trying to figure out the lineup for today’s NASCAR race, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a wild ride.
First off, I started by just browsing around, trying to get a feel for who’s racing today. I mean, there’s always some buzz before a big race, right? I stumbled upon a tidbit about Netflix having a new animated comedy, “Mulligan,” which sounded funny, but not really what I was after. So, I kept digging.

Then I remembered that big races usually have the lineup set in stone pretty early. I found this piece about the Daytona 500’s field being set – 40 cars! That’s a lot of drivers to keep track of. I also saw that Joey Logano is on the pole position. Now, that’s a name I recognize. He’s going for his second championship, so that’s something to watch for sure.
I noticed they mentioned something about the Phoenix Raceway. I figured that must be where the race is happening today. And it’s the last race of the season, so it’s a pretty big deal. High stakes, you know?
I also learned about a couple more drivers: Ryan Blaney and William Byron, sounds like they are two racers to watch. And then there’s Denny Hamlin, driving the No. 11 car. I think I’ve seen him race before.
- Joey Logano is on the pole position.
- Denny Hamlin, the driver of the No. 11.
- Four drivers – Ryan Blaney, William Byron.
- The 40-car field for the 65th running of the Daytona 500 has been set.
What I did
So, piecing it all together, I managed to get a decent idea of what’s happening today. It’s the final race of the season at Phoenix Raceway, with Joey Logano leading the pack. We’ve got some other big names like Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, and William Byron in the mix too. It took a bit of searching, but hey, that’s half the fun, right? Now I’m all set to watch the race and see how it all unfolds!
This is just what I found out today. You guys know anything else? Share it with me!
