Alright, let’s gab about them NBA fellas and their feet, yeah? Heard you wanna know who got the littlest shoes in the whole darn league. Well, lemme tell ya, it ain’t somethin’ they brag about much, but it’s interesting, ain’t it?
So, they say the fella with the absolute smallest shoes, the real tiny ones, was this Muggsy Bogues guy. Imagine that! An NBA player with feet smaller than my grandson’s! They say he wore a size 8.5. That’s like, what, a kid’s size almost? He must’ve been a quick little fella, all zippin’ and zoomin’ around those big giants on the court.

Now, there’s another name they throw around – Chris Clemons. They say he also had some itty-bitty feet. Don’t know the exact size, but sounds like it was right down there with Muggsy’s. These little guys, they gotta be tough, you know? Gotta make up for the lack of shoe size with somethin’ else, like speed or smarts.
- Muggsy Bogues – Size 8.5
- Chris Clemons – Real small, they say
- JJ Barea – Another 8.5 fella
Then there’s this JJ Barea fella. Plays for Dallas, they tell me. A fan favorite, they say. And wouldn’t ya know it, another 8.5 shoe size! He ain’t tall neither, just 5’10”. Guess that goes hand in hand, small fella, small feet. Makes sense, I reckon.
It’s kinda funny, you think of these basketball players, all tall and strong, and then you got these guys with tiny feet. It just goes to show ya, it ain’t all about size, ya know? You can still be a darn good player, even if your feet are on the small side. It’s about heart, and skill, and maybe a little bit of scrappiness.
I tell ya, these small-footed players, they probably gotta work harder. Gotta be quicker, gotta be smarter. Can’t just rely on bein’ big and strong. They gotta be shifty, gotta be able to outsmart those big fellas.
I remember seein’ some of these fellas on TV. My grandson, he loves the basketball, always watchin’ it. And I’d see these little guys runnin’ around, and I’d think, “How do they do it?” But they do it, don’t they? They prove that size ain’t everything. It’s about what you got inside, and how hard you’re willin’ to work.

Now, why folks care so much about shoe size, I don’t rightly know. But it is kinda interestin’, ain’t it? To think that these fellas, who are so athletic and talented, have feet that are smaller than some regular folks. It just goes to show ya, we’re all different, and we all got our own unique things goin’ on.
And let me tell ya, findin’ shoes that small probably ain’t easy, even for an NBA player. I bet they gotta special order ‘em or somethin’. Can’t just walk into a store and grab a size 8.5, not when you’re a grown man and a basketball star. That’s for sure.
So, there ya have it. Muggsy Bogues, Chris Clemons, and JJ Barea – some of the smallest feet in NBA history. Little fellas with big talent. That’s what I call impressive. Don’t matter the size of your feet, it matters the size of your heart. And these boys, they got heart, that’s for sure.
Anyways, that’s all I got to say about it. Hope that answered your question. It ain’t rocket science, just a bunch of fellas playin’ basketball, some with big feet, some with small. It’s all part of the game, I reckon.
