Okay, so I wanted to figure out when the next NASCAR race is and what channel it’s on. I’m not a huge racing fan, but I like to catch a race every now and then, you know?
First, I tried to remember if I had heard anything about an upcoming race, but nothing came to mind. So, I grabbed my phone and started googling. I just typed in something like, “NASCAR race today,” or maybe it was, “When is the next NASCAR race?” I can’t remember exactly, but it was something along those lines.

The search results were kind of a mess. Lots of different dates and times. I saw something about a race at Darlington, another at Phoenix Raceway, and even one at Watkins Glen. It was all pretty confusing, honestly.
I did notice that a few different TV channels kept popping up: NBC, USA Network, FOX, and FS1. And then I saw something about Amazon Prime Video, too? I guess they’re showing some races now, which is pretty wild.
Figuring Out the Details
After a bit more digging, I finally pieced it together. It looks like the next big race is the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race.
- It’s supposed to be on Sunday, November 10th.
- The green flag is going to drop around 2 p.m. CT, which I think is 3 p.m. ET for those on the East Coast.
- It’s happening at Phoenix Raceway, which is apparently in Avondale.
- And it looks like it’s going to be on NBC.
So, yeah, that’s what I found out. I’ll probably set a reminder on my phone so I don’t forget. I mean, I’m not going to rearrange my whole day for it, but it might be fun to watch if I have some free time. This is just my little adventure for today, figuring out the NASCAR schedule. Hopefully, this is helpful to someone else who’s a bit confused about when the races are. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but it’s all part of the fun, I guess.
